Well hello there, happy Tuesday! Today will be another awesome episode for you as I have a repeat guest on the show, Marisa Peacock, founder of The Strategic Peacock, a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping non-profits, schools, and small businesses enhance their online presence.
Marisa joined us all the way back on Episode Seven in which she shared some awesome social media tips. And today, she is back to share with us some updated social media stats from the Pew Research Center which helps us gain better insights into who is using social media.
Marisa uses these stats to help her clients (and students) understand the changing landscape of social media and how they can adapt to leverage these important insights.
For all of our listening friends, this could be good useful information on audience analysis and how this plays a significant part in developing your social media content strategy.
Now, if this is your first time tuning into the awesomeness of this show, then welcome – I am super thrilled you are here! And if you are a repeat listening friend of the show – then I am also super thrilled you are back to learn some more golden nuggets each and every week!
And just as a quick reminder! We are now on a twice per week schedule with episodes being released – Tuesday’s we have our awesome interviews with a marketing guru sharing his or her ninja secrets, and on Friday’s I do a fun solo episode with some more awesome ninja tips for you to apply in helping you build and grow your business – and it’s all free! How cool is that?
And just to give you a heads up regarding Friday’s episode (episode 50), I will be going over a recent Facebook page likes campaign I did in which I’ve spent just $5.30 so far and generated close to 500 targeted page likes using a creative marketing hack shared to us with a good friend of mine who has also been on The Creative Marketing Zone Podcast (episode 28) – Mark Ghaida of Unfazd Media.
I have a lifetime budget of $20 for this ad I am spending, so by the time the episode goes live on Friday, I should be at 2,000 page likes using this ethical formula – meaning we are not buying fake likes! So stay tuned for this awesome solo episode on Friday, July 20th 2018.
Second thing today, before I have Marisa join us, I do want to let you know that today’s episode is brought to you by Leadpages.
If you are an online marketer, or you want to build and grow an email list, then Leadpages is an absolute must!
I have used Leadpages for a few years now and what I love most about using the platform is how easy it is to use their drag and drop templates, which are proven to have higher conversion rates, and how it syncs up with my email marketing CRM platform to start sending out the automated emails.
I could go on and on about this amazing platform, but I don’t want to take up too much time, simply visit my Leadpages affiliate link here and take advantage of all the powerful templates and tools you need to build and grow an email list with relative ease.
Alright, so, without further ado, let’s welcome Marisa back to the show!
